He has demonstrated his strong support for women through a proven track record by encouraging change in his organisation to fully engage and integrate women.

CRITERIA
  • Male Champion
  • Based in the Middle East
  • 10+ years of experience in an energy/energy-related company
  • Develops & supports female talent and leaders
  • Should have supported female employees who were recognised for their achievements
  • Recommendations from female employees that have been supported by you
  • Seen as a strong advocate for women (e.g. through conferences, mentoring, etc.)
  • Demonstrates culture change in the community (podcasts, articles, editorials, trainings, community empowerment)
  • Proven track record (examples include explicit statements in support of women, set up a women’s support network, instilled a gender-friendly environment within the company structure)
