To provide attendees personal and professional development support so they can be advocates and supportive of women professionals who are under represented in the industry.

A professional who has an established position in an organization and at a point where they want to support the development of an individual who is looking to progress in their career. At the same time, is open to gain valuable tools to support their own personal and professional development.

The participant will gain leadership tools to realize their strengths which build on their established base to support others in their own personal development. With the concept of CARE, the participant will have a solid base and a way to appreciate who they are which will enable them to be champions for women professionals. It is a collaborative session which provides strength to the attendee and women, which is an under represented group.
