At the 2022 edition of LEWAS, we welcomed 400+ professionals from diverse sectors, including Energy, Aerospace, Finance, Technology, R&D, Media and Marketing, Hospitality among many others to discover leadership themes for a sustainable future - touching facets of what work will look like tomorrow.
Our 30+ speakers took the stage to share real life examples and experiences shaping the future of work trends. We left our audiences with moments of awe, inspiration and enough affirmations to supercharge into 2023.

Retention is a metric that reflects the health and sustainability of a company's working culture, which in turn is a predictor of longevity and business success. When building a sustainable vision, organisations need to understand the connection between inclusion and reputation, recruitment, development, and leadership. This is possible when leaders combine power with purpose. Through this session, we explore the multitude of ways in which they can strengthen the inclusion ecosystem for sustainability, innovation, and long-term growth.
